In cooperation with banks and other property and real estate administrators our office conducts advisory concerning contractual and fiscal optimizing, takes over supervisory tasks towards the administrator of the portfolio and real estate, and gives advice for future developments. On request we draw up statements of account and examine offering prospects (e.g. leasing models, venture capital engagements).
