An important part of capital formation both in business and private fields has always been real estate.
Contract design for purchase and sale, fluency in land register law, real securities law (encumbrance on real property etc.), broker law and heritable building right allow for a transparent deal with respect to substance law. An overview over the current market value estimation and tax assessment are necessary; a coordination with the company and tax law (land transfer tax, revenue tax, turnover tax, real property tax) is indispensable to complete the advisory process.
Special questions like farm transfer or questions related to condominium apartments put yet other demands on the consultant.
