In view of meager social security resources a promise of company pension will play an important role in an employee's choice of an employer.
Also for the companies themselves there are outstanding reasons to use the financing effects of a pension commitment. Various organizational patterns of an employee pension plan, like pension fund or relief fund, have to be considered just like the means of its financing, e.g. by reinsurance.
Our office works together with actuaries and retirement pension institutes. We deal with tax and labor law-related topics and their accounting consequences, also with formulation of statutes and commitments of company pension systems and enterprises, as well as with possibilities of termination or restriction of obligations already accepted on the company's side.
