Expert opinion

When the expertise of a state court is not sufficient the issue becomes one for an independent expert. A competent expert is distinguished by his or her ability to deliver - having considered all relevant legal aspects - a clear and for all parties comprehensible answer to the question submitted to him or her. This requires a high level of expertise and eloquence.

Expert opinions are often required in cases concerning company's value, accounting issues, tax assessment and liability questions concerning providers of legal and fiscal services.
